At Taylor Peacock Pilates, movement is more than exercise — it’s education, empowerment, and discovery. I weave Functional Pilates with somatic practices, craniosacral therapy, and restorative bodywork to help you feel confident, connected, and free in your own body. Each session is an invitation to explore how you move and to create strength and ease that carry into your everyday life.

Working with me is less about powering through a workout and more about slowing down to connect. Sessions are hands-on, exploratory, and tailored to your body in the moment. You’ll leave not only feeling stronger, but also with a clearer sense of how your body works and what it needs to thrive.

  • I met Taylor during COVID, and we've been working together ever since. She’s incredibly intuitive and dives deep into the root causes of issues. For example, I used to have tight IT bands that would wake me up at night, but Taylor discovered that my hip flexors and weak adductors were the problem. Over the years, we’ve also worked on flat feet and posture. While strengthening these muscles takes time, it’s made a huge difference—I’m in less pain and haven’t had to roll out my IT bands in ages. She’s so good, I’m even trying to get my husband to see her!
