Hi, I’m Taylor!

I am a Pilates instructor and a somatic movement practitioner dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and move with confidence. My work blends classical and contemporary Pilates with somatic therapy, crainosacral principles, pressure-point release, and functional training. This integrated approach allows me to support the whole person, structure, nervous system, breath, and awareness, so that meaningful, lasting change can occur.

Over the years, I’ve learned that true progress doesn’t come from depending on a teacher; it comes from understanding your own body. My role is not to “fix” you, but to guide you toward the tools, sensations, and insights that allow you to heal and strengthen from within. Whether we’re refining alignment, unwinding deep patterns of tension, or exploring more efficient movement pathways, I aim to help you develop a relationship with your body that feels intelligent, compassionate, and empowered.

Sessions with me are thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I meet you exactly where you are— whether recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, rebuilding strength, or simply seeking a clearer, steadier connection to yourself.

Through mindful movement and gentle hands-on support, I help you build awareness, resilience, and autonomy in your practice.

Ultimately, my work is about cultivating self-trust. When you understand how your body works and what it needs, movement becomes more than exercise. It becomes a resource for healing, clarity, and everyday well-being.

My goal is for you to leave each session not only feeling better, but knowing why you feel better, and how to continue that progress long after you walk out the door.

  • Taylor is not only super knowledgeable, but she’s also a pleasure to hang out with. I was totally new to Pilates, and she was so patient and explained everything so clearly, especially how to tweak things to suit me. 10/10 5 stars.
