Functional pilates sessions
I believe your body already holds the wisdom and my role is to help you listen. In every session, we slow down enough to notice where tension lives, what feels supportive, and how each part of your body connects to the whole.
This isn’t about chasing perfect form or sculpted abs. It’s about curiosity, awareness, and trust. We explore questions like: Where do you feel this? What shifts when you breathe into it? By connecting the dots, you begin to see how stress might show up as shoulder tightness, or how hours at a desk can affect your hips and spine.

I work with people across a wide spectrum, but my best results come when clients bring both curiosity and willingness.
Pain & Injury Clients
Many of my clients come to me through referrals from chiropractors, surgeons, or physical therapists. They’re ready to rebuild strength and trust in their bodies.
Body-Aware Movers
People who already have a good sense of their body and want to refine their movement and strength, deepen awareness, and prevent injury.
On-The-Go Clients
Clients who feel anxious, burnt out, or constantly in “go” mode. They often need this work the most– learning how to pause, breathe, and be present.
I’ve found that when you show up with willingness and an open mind, the work becomes transformative.
